Manor House Hotel Wedding

Suzie and Meg

Suzie and Meg’s wedding at the Manor House Hotel in Moreton was a joyful, colourful celebration filled with laughter, love, and rainbow-bright details. Taking place on a sunny day in March 2023, this was my first wedding of the year and a truly memorable start to the season. Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Manor House Hotel provides a stunning mix of historic charm, gardens, and flexible indoor spaces, making it perfect for couples looking for a relaxed yet elegant celebration. As a Cotswolds wedding photographer, and one of the venue’s preferred photographers, it was a privilege to document every moment.

Guests were able to enjoy the on-site Apple Cottage, providing a comfortable and private space for friends and family to gather before the ceremony. Even without traditional prep, the morning had a calm, happy energy, with people arriving and settling into the bright, cheerful surroundings.

The ceremony took place in the Manor House’s charming event spaces, which were styled simply to allow Suzie and Meg’s vibrant rainbow theme to shine. From bouquets and decorations to table settings, every detail reflected their personalities and love for each other. The atmosphere was warm and inclusive, with heartfelt vows and laughter filling the room. As a Manor House Hotel wedding photographer, I captured both the quiet intimate moments and the joyful interactions that made this wedding unique.

Following the ceremony, the sunny March weather allowed for outdoor photographs in the hotel’s gardens, taking advantage of light, colour, and the surrounding Cotswolds scenery. Couple portraits were relaxed and playful, embracing the rainbow theme and the natural beauty of the venue. Guests mingled on the terrace, enjoying drinks and sunshine, which created plenty of opportunities for candid photography.

The reception carried the same energy, with long tables adorned in vibrant colours, laughter-filled speeches, and music that kept everyone celebrating late into the day. The Manor House Hotel’s combination of indoor elegance and outdoor flexibility meant that every part of the wedding flowed naturally, making it ideal for storytelling photography. This wedding highlighted why I love working as a Moreton wedding photographer, especially in venues where personality, connection, and colour come together seamlessly.

Suzie and Meg’s wedding at the Manor House Hotel shows how inclusive, joyful, and beautifully personal a celebration can be. For couples looking for a Cotswolds wedding photographer who can capture colour, emotion, and authentic storytelling in a preferred venue, this day is a perfect example of what’s possible.
