Elmhay Park Wedding Photographer | September Wedding at Orchardleigh Estate

Olivia and Josh celebrated their beautiful wedding on 20th September, with a day full of laughter, great energy and relaxed moments. As a wedding photographer at Elmhay Park, I love how this venue combines the elegance of the Orchardleigh Estate with a modern and bright space for weddings that flow perfectly from start to finish.

Bridal Prep at the Castle

The morning began at The Castle at Elmhay Park, where Olivia and her bridal party got ready. The atmosphere was buzzing, full of excitement and energy from the start. With a large bridal party, there was plenty happening — laughter, music and the kind of fun, spontaneous moments that make for great photos. The bridesmaids wore light sage green dresses, perfectly complementing the soft, classic tones of the morning.

Meanwhile, the groomsmen looked sharp in black tie, setting a timeless and elegant look for the day ahead.

  • Mike was amazing. Mike photographed our wedding in September 2025 and we can't recommend him enough. He arrived super early and managed to capture all elements of our special day, from the getting ready to the fireworks, wonderfully. It was our first wedding but it certainly wasn't Mike's, he was incredibly knowledgable and gave the best advise when it came to getting the perfect shots and what was a good backdrop. We felt at ease posing for him. His energy throughout the day was unmatched and we felt he was genuinely buzzing to be there for all the special moments. The photos came back beautifully edited and curated so quickly, we'd barely had time to feel the post wedding blues. And when we viewed all the photos back we were able to experience all the magic of the day again. I never realised how important a good photographer was your wedding day, but to have these incredible photos to look back on is invaluable. Thank you so much for photographing our day, and for being a whole vibe. Lot of Love

Ceremony at Paulton Church

The ceremony took place at Paulton Church, led by a brilliant vicar who created a warm, relaxed atmosphere. It was a traditional setting but far from formal — the perfect balance for Olivia and Josh. After the ceremony, the couple were showered in confetti outside the church before we captured a few portraits in the church grounds.

Despite on-and-off rain, we managed to capture everything we needed, with moments of dry weather giving just enough time for natural outdoor shots.

Reception at Elmhay Park

Back at Elmhay Park, the drinks reception was filled with laughter, games and energy. Guests enjoyed beer pong and skittles on the lawn, creating a fun and informal start to the afternoon. We also had the pleasure of the beautiful Evie Bennett who continued her singing from the ceremony to Elmhay Park to add to the relaxing atmosphere.

The speeches followed dinner and were full of personality — funny, heartfelt and perfectly timed. It’s always one of my favourite parts of the day to capture, and this set of speeches had everyone smiling and reacting in all the right moments.

Evening Party

As the night went on, the evening reception transformed Elmhay Park into a lively, packed dance floor. The atmosphere was incredible — high energy, plenty of movement and some brilliant dancing. With A Perfect Memory Films capturing video throughout the day, it was great to work alongside Ben who know how to blend seamlessly into the celebrations.
